Del HC Directs Framing of Rape Charges Against a Man for Making False Promise of Marriage - (16 Jan 2024)

Delhi High Court has directed the framing of rape and criminal intimidation charges against a man who promised married couple that he will marry the woman after their divorce but allegedly refused to do so after having physical relationship with her.
