All. HC: Legal Heirs Entitled to Benefit After Death of Govt. Employee, Nominee Merely a Custodian - (15 Jan 2024)

Allahabad High Court has held that Nominee of a Government employee is just a guardian and the legal heirs of the employee shall be entitled to the benefits accruing after his/her death.
