NGT Stays Issuance of Sand Mining Permit - (24 May 2016)

The Southern Zone of the National Green Tribunal (NGT) has stayed the issuance of sand mining permit and extraction of sand from rivers of Udupi district, located in Coastal Regulation Zone area.
