Ker. HC: Commercial Courts Act Does Not Provide For Second Appeals - (12 Jan 2024)

Kerala High Court has held that the legislature introduced a non-obstante clause in sub-section (2) of S. 13 of the Commercial Courts Act limiting the right of appeals and no appeal shall lie from any order or decree of a Commercial Court, otherwise than in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
