Kar. HC: Pope Travelling Abroad Can’t be Barred From Performing Pooja - (12 Jan 2024)

TRUSTS AND SOCIETIES

Karnataka High Court has held that State can’t be asked to frame guidelines to disentitle a Pope from becoming Pariyaya Swami on ground that he had travelled abroad as a mere fact that a pontiff had travelled abroad is not sufficient to deny him what is otherwise due in religion, law or reason.
