Del. HC: Opponent Does Not Have a Right to Intervene in the Examination Process - (11 Jan 2024)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court while observing that an objection is intended to facilitate and assist the Controller in examining the patent application, has held that the opponent can assert a right of hearing only in respect of the representation and not in respect of intervening in the examination process.
