SC: Consensual Relationship Culminated into Marriage Not Rape on Pretext of Marriage - (08 Jan 2024)

Supreme Court has held that a consensual relationship that turns into marriage cannot attract the offence of rape on the false pretext of marriage since the relationship has ultimately led to the solemnization of marriage.
