SC: Salaries of Employed Teachers Cannot be Abruptly Stopped if They are Not at Fault - (04 Jan 2024)

Supreme Court while directing the Uttar Pradesh Government to pay salaries of the teachers whose salaries were abruptly stopped, has observed that the salary of an employed teacher can’t be stopped when there is no finding of guilt/fault against them.
