Bombay HC: DV Act Cases Can be Transferred to Family Court - (02 Jan 2024)

Bombay High Court has held that Section 12 application under the Domestic Violence Act, 2005 before a magistrate can be transferred to a Family Court under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
