Tel. HC: Wife of Married Officer has No Right to Retain Accommodation - (02 Jan 2024)

SERVICE

Telangana High Court has observed that Rule 4 of the Quartermaster Rules only deals with the entitlement of a married officer to an accommodation and does not confer any statutory right on the wife of a married officer to retain the accommodation unauthorisedly.
