Cal. HC: Social Boycott of a Citizen Has No Place in Civilized Society - (02 Jan 2024)

CRIMINAL

Calcutta High Court has observed that any social boycott of a citizen or his family member by the local residents has to be dealt with strictly by the Administration as it has no place in a civilized society.
