Tel. HC Allows Officers Involved in 2019 Hyderabad Encounter to be Impleaded as Intervenors - (02 Jan 2024)

CRIMINAL

Telangana High Court has allowed the police personnel involved in the 2019 encounter death of the accused in rape and murder of a young Veterinarian doctor in Hyderabad, to be impleaded as intervenors in a batch of PILs filed to enquire into the encounter killings.
