Del. HC: No Privacy Issues MCD SMART Mobile Application - (27 Dec 2023)

Delhi High Court while observing that policy mandating attendance by paramedical staff of MCD on SMART Mobile Application is not arbitrary or unfair, has held that there are no privacy issues as the Application is developed by a body under the Ministry of Electronics and IT after all due diligence.
