Orissa HC to State: Withhold Final Orders on Establishment of New Districts Sans Court Approval - (26 Dec 2023)

CIVIL

Orissa High Court has directed the State Government that the process of reorganization of the district, which the State Government wants to undertake, may continue, but no final order shall be passed without leave of this Court.
