P&H HC: Bail Once Granted Can’t be Cancelled Automatically in a Mechanical Manner - (26 Dec 2023)

CRIMINAL

Punjab and Haryana High Court while observing that bail once granted cannot be cancelled automatically in a mechanical manner has held that there must be cogent and overwhelming circumstances necessary to cancel the bail once granted.
