AP HC: Even if the Railway Vigilance Manual Is Procedural, it Can’t be Ignored Completely - (22 Dec 2023)

Andhra Pradesh High Court has held that although the Railway Vigilance Manual, 1996 is procedural and doesn’t confer any rights to the delinquent, it cannot be given a complete go-bye as it provides safeguards to the railway employees against false implication.
