Hyderabad HC: Pvt. Medical Colleges Can’t Block Seats - (23 May 2016)

Hyderabad HC has made it clear that practice of blocking seats cannot continue anymore and said students who get seats in the first round of counselling will have to forego them if they want to participate in the further rounds of counselling.
