SC to HCs’: Application for Bail Arising Out of Same FIR Should be Listed Before Same Bench - (19 Dec 2023)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has directed all High Courts to list bail applications arising out of the same FIR before the same bench to avoid conflicting decisions, especially in cases where parity becomes the grounds for which bail is sought.
