SC: Every Dispute Between the Delhi Government and LG can’t be Entertained by Court - (18 Dec 2023)

CONSTITUTION

Supreme Court while observing that every dispute between the Government of the NCT of Delhi and the Lt. Governor can’t be entertained by Supreme Court, has directed DCPCR to approach High Court under Article 226.
