SC: Tribunal Can’t Direct Govt. to Make Policy or to Make it in a Particular Manner - (18 Dec 2023)

CIVIL

Supreme Court while observing that making policy is not in the domain of the Judiciary, has held that the Tribunal being a quasi-judicial body cannot direct those responsible for making policy, to make a policy in a particular manner.
