MP HC to SC: Won’t Enforce Condition of 70% Marks in LLB and 3 Years Practice for CJ Exam 2023 - (18 Dec 2023)

Madhya Pradesh High Court has informed the Supreme Court that it won’t enforce the condition of 3 years of practice or 70% LLB marks for Civil Judge (CJ) Exam 2023.
