Mad HC: Question that Killing of Hindu Religious Leaders Would Constitute Terrorist Act is Debatable - (14 Dec 2023)

Madras High Court has noted that the question as to whether the killing of Hindu religious leaders by itself can constitute a terrorist act is debatable as one cannot definitely conclude that there was a conspiracy to commit a terrorist act.
