CG. HC: Partner Not Liable for Abetment of Suicide in Cases of Love Failure - (12 Dec 2023)

CRIMINAL

Chhattisgarh High Court while observing that for a wrong decision taken by a man of frail mentality, another person can’t be blamed as having abetted his suicide, has held that if a lover commits suicide due to love failure, his/her partner can’t be held to have abetted the commission of suicide.
