SC Rules in Favor of Central Government in batch of pleas challenging the Abrogation of Article 370 - (11 Dec 2023)

CONSTITUTION

Supreme Court Constitution Bench has unanimously held that Jammu and Kashmir does not hold any internal sovereignty after accession to Union of India and that the Article 370 of the Constitution of India is a temporary provision.
