Bom HC: Unpublicized Tender Condition if Permitted to be Acted Upon Amounts to Denial of Opportunity - (11 Dec 2023)

Bombay High Court has held that any tender condition not publicized and not made part of the tender document, if permitted to be acted upon at the time of processing the tenders, amounts to denial of opportunity of participation of many eligible tenderers.
