Raj. HC: Can’t Refuse Marriage Certificate Merely Because one of the Parties is a Foreign National - (11 Dec 2023)

Rajasthan High Court while observing that the right to equality applies to non-citizens too, has held that it is not justified to refuse registration of marriage under the Hindu Marriage Act merely because one of the parties to the marriage is a foreign national.
