Del. HC: Suspension of Entity Can’t be Continued Indefinitely - (08 Dec 2023)

CIVIL

Delhi High Court while observing that without a show cause notice, no suspension can continue indefinitely, has held that that when the entity itself is not under an ongoing investigation, any investigation of an ex-director cannot be attributed to the company by itself.
