Del. HC: Objections in Contested Testamentary Petition Shouldn’t be Rejected on Technical Ground - (07 Dec 2023)

Delhi High Court has held that while dealing with a testamentary petition, the endeavor of the Court should be not to reject the objections on technical grounds unless it is found that the same is filed with an inordinate delay.
