Del. HC: Minors Kidnapping Cases Can’t be Quashed by Settlement - (07 Dec 2023)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court while observing that cases involving children can’t be quashed based on settlement between parties, has stated that such settlement raises ethical and legal concerns as it treats a child as a commodity, and contravenes the basic principles of law.
