Del. HC: Person Unaffected by Order Challenged is not Necessary Party - (07 Dec 2023)

Delhi High Court has held that the words “other persons” under Section 401(2) CrPC can’t be understood to include persons not affected by the order challenged in the revision petition, such persons can’t be considered to be necessary parties.
