JKL HC: Decrees Can’t be Invalidated Because of Untimely Objections to Jurisdiction - (06 Dec 2023)

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that challenge or objection to territorial or pecuniary jurisdiction of the Court, if not raised at the appropriate time, cannot be subsequently introduced in proceedings.
