P&H HC Issues Directions to Police to Check Misuse of UAPA - (06 Dec 2023)

CRIMINAL

Punjab and Haryana High Court while observing that the "non-application" of mind by the police before adding the offence under UAPA needs to be curbed, has issued directions to the police to check misuse of the application of UAPA.
