Ker. HC: Title of Property Can’t be Determined Merely with Reference to Survey Demarcation - (01 Dec 2023)

PROPERTY

Kerala High Court has held that right and title to property have to be determined not with reference to survey demarcation but based on other cogent materials, the primary of which is the title deed. The survey result is only conclusive proof of boundary demarcation.
