SC: PMLA Can’t be Invoked if Criminal Conspiracy u/s 120B IPC Not Linked With Scheduled Offence - (29 Nov 2023)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has held that an offence punishable under Section 120-B IPC will become a scheduled offence under PMLA only if the conspiracy alleged is of committing an offence specifically included in the schedule.
