All. HC: Order Passed Cannot go beyond the Show Cause Notice - (28 Nov 2023)

Allahabad High Court has held that in the event a particular case is made out in the show cause notice and the order passed subsequently is beyond the said show cause notice, the same would amount to a violation of the principles of natural justice.
