SC: No Evidence to Suggest Impartiality of Expert Committee or SEBI Probe in Adani Hindenburg Case - (27 Nov 2023)

CAPITAL MARKET

Supreme Court while reserving the judgment in PILs seeking Court-monitored investigation into Adani-Hindenburg case regarding violations of stock market regulations, has observed that there is no material evidence to doubt SEBI probe or impartiality of expert committee members.
