Ker. HC: All India Tourist Vehicles Cannot be Permitted to Operate as Stage Carriage - (27 Nov 2023)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Kerala High Court has held that All India tourist vehicles cannot be permitted to operate as stage carriages as it is detrimental to the stage carriage operators including KSRTC. If tourist buses are violating permit conditions, they are liable to be fined.
