Mad. HC: Medical Practitioners Conducting Two-Finger Test will be Guilty of Misconduct - (24 Nov 2023)

CRIMINAL

Madras High Court has held that if a medical practitioner conducts ‘two finger test’ in contravention of directions of Supreme Court in State of Jharkhand Vs. Shailendra Kumar Rai (MANU/SC/1411/2022; 2022/INSC/1139), they shall be guilty of misconduct.
