SC: 'Mukund Dewangan' Decision Will Continue To Hold Pending Reference - (23 Nov 2023)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Supreme Court has held that its decision in Mukund Dewangan v. Oriental Insurance Company Limited (MANU/SC/0797/2017; 2017/INSC/576) will continue to apply during the pendency of reference on the issue of LMV driving licenses for transport vehicles.
