SC: Can’t Prove Will by Random Witness Saying he Saw Attesting Witness Sign it - (22 Nov 2023)

Supreme Court has held that for Section 69 of Evidence Act, in order to prove the genuineness of a will, it is not enough to merely examine a random witness who asserts that he saw the attesting witness affix his signature in the Will.
