Kar. HC Allows Surrogacy Using Donor Gametes Despite Statutory Prohibition - (21 Nov 2023)

Karnataka High Court has allowed 13 intending couple to undergo surrogacy using donor gametes despite new amendment to the Surrogacy Rules prohibiting the use of donor eggs for gestational surrogacy of an intending couple.
