Kar. HC: Repeal of Section 23 of Hindu Succession Act has Retroactive Effect - (20 Nov 2023)

Karnataka High Court has held that Section 23 of Hindu Succession Act while was repealed by the Amendment Act of 2005, is prospective in operation with retroactive effect.
