ITAT Mumbai: No Tax Notice to Legal Heir of Deceased - (17 Nov 2023)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income-tax Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai has held an assessment order passed in the name of a deceased taxpayer to be 'non-est’ and quashed the addition made to the taxable income of the deceased individual.
