Bombay HC: No DNA Test on Rape Survivor's Adopted Child - (17 Nov 2023)

HUMAN RIGHTS

Bombay High Court while ruling out a DNA test on a minor rape survivor's child given in adoption has observed that, since the child is given in adoption, the DNA test of the said child may not be in the interest of the child.
