Kerala HC Rejects Candidate's Vote Who Allegedly Voted For Himself, Cites Ambiguity in Ballot Paper - (17 Nov 2023)

ELECTION

Kerala High Court while rejecting the vote cast by a voter who was a candidate himself has observed that the intention of the voter was not reflected on the ballot paper as ‘X’ was not marked properly against his name.
