Supreme Court Rejects PIL Seeking Guidelines To Regulate Cryptocurrencies - (16 Nov 2023)

CIVIL

SC has rejected to consider a PIL seeking guidelines for trading and mining of cryptocurrency and observed that even though the petitioner had filed the plea under Article 32 of the Constitution in the format of a PIL, but the primary aim appears to secure bail for the petitioner in a related case.
