SC Upholds Validity of IBC Provisions Relating to Personal Guarantors - (09 Nov 2023)

INSOLVENCY

Supreme Court has upheld the constitutional validity of IBC provisions (Section 95 to Section 100) relating to Personal Guarantors Insolvency Resolution, which was introduced through the amendments made in 2019.
