SC Issues Directions for Monitoring of Early Disposal of Pending Cases Against MPs’/MLAs’ - (09 Nov 2023)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has issued various directions for monitoring of early disposal of pending cases against MPs’ and MLAs’ and observed that it is difficult to issue uniform directions for all States, therefore High Courts can evolve such measures for effective monitoring.
