Raj HC: Can’t Discriminate in Maternity Leave Only because Child has been Begotten Through Surrogacy - (09 Nov 2023)

Rajasthan High Court while observing that discriminating between natural biological mother and surrogate mother would amount to insult of motherhood, has held that a mother can’t be discriminated, as far as maternity leave is concerned, only because she begot child through surrogacy.
