Del. HC: Denial of Arb. Agreement in S.21 Notice Doesn’t Entitle Court to Refuse Referral to Arb. - (07 Nov 2023)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has held that merely because a party denied the existence of an arbitration agreement in reply to Notice under Section 21 of A&C Act, it doesn’t entitle Court to refuse to refer the matter to arbitration.
